Ingredients
- 300g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 300g broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 200g cooked gluten-free rice (e.g., brown rice or basmati)
Instructions
- Prep: Thinly slice the pork loin. In a small bowl, whisk together gluten-free tamari, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the glaze. Cut broccoli into small florets.
- Hob: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Hob: Add the broccoli florets to the pan with the pork. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Hob: Pour the prepared gluten-free soy sauce glaze over the pork and broccoli. Toss well to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve immediately over 100g of cooked gluten-free rice per person.
- Garnish with an extra sprinkle of fresh black pepper if desired.
