- 300g ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 8 large butter lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber (seeded and squeezed dry)
- 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Assemble the wraps: Place two turkey patties on each lettuce leaf.
- Spoon a generous amount of tzatziki over the turkey patties.
- Fold or roll the lettuce leaves to create wraps.
