- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 roasted poblano pepper, finely diced

- For the Cilantro-Lime Drizzle:
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep: Combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, diced mango, diced poblano pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a jar or airtight container. Stir well to combine.
