Ingredients
- 2 (4 oz / 113g each) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, half sliced, half for juice
- 100g fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently rub the dill-lemon mixture all over the salmon fillets. Place a lemon slice on top of each fillet.
- Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket. Arrange the trimmed asparagus spears alongside the salmon, making sure they are in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky (internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C) and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked salmon and asparagus before serving.
